Do I need a WhatsApp Business Platform API key?
No. WaSenderHQ works with your active WhatsApp Web session, so there is no developer API setup or per-message API fee.
What information leaves my browser?
Contact lists, templates, and campaign settings stay in local extension storage during the standard workflow. Firebase receives account identity and usage counters for authentication, entitlement checks, and account history. If you deliberately use Pro AI rewriting, the submitted message text is sent to Google Gemini for processing. Website forms are stored separately in Supabase.
Can WaSenderHQ guarantee that my account will not be restricted?
No tool can guarantee that. Delay controls, warm-up settings, and pace indicators help you manage the workflow, but you must contact only people who expect the message and follow WhatsApp rules and applicable law.
Which attachments are supported?
Version 1.3.5 supports campaign images and supported document types. Preview the selected attachment before sending and confirm that your installed browser build accepts the file type and size you plan to use.
How many messages can I send?
WaSenderHQ does not impose a fixed daily sending cap on Pro accounts. WhatsApp may apply its own limits or restrictions, so use expected recipients, review each campaign, and use pacing controls responsibly.
How does Google Sheets import work?
After you authorize Google access, the extension reads the selected spreadsheet values and lets you map columns to phone numbers and message fields. You can revoke that Google access at any time.
Which desktop browsers are supported?
WaSenderHQ provides builds for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox on supported desktop operating systems. Mobile browsers are not supported.
Can I schedule a campaign for later?
Yes. Choose a future date and time in the scheduler. Your computer must remain awake, the browser must be running, and WhatsApp Web must still be connected when the campaign starts.
What happens if my computer is asleep?
The campaign cannot send while the computer is asleep or the WhatsApp Web session is unavailable. Reopen the browser and review the saved queue before continuing.
What is message variation?
The Pro message-variation feature rotates prepared phrases such as {Hi|Hello|Good day}. It can make relevant messages less repetitive, but it does not make unsolicited outreach acceptable.
Can I use custom spreadsheet columns?
Yes. You can map fields such as name, order number, appointment time, or product and insert them into a message template. Preview several rows before sending.
What happens when a phone number is invalid?
The pre-send review separates valid and invalid numbers, identifies duplicates and suppressed contacts, and lets you remove duplicates before starting. Failed recipients remain available for a focused retry after you review the result.
Can I retry only failed messages?
Yes. Version 1.3.5 can build a retry from failed contacts only. Recipients already marked successful or skipped remain untouched so the retry does not intentionally resend to them.
How does the Do Not Message list work?
Add a contact to the local suppression list and WaSenderHQ will exclude that contact from immediate campaigns, scheduled campaigns, and failed-message retries.
What does Pro Lifetime unlock?
Pro adds image and supported document campaigns, full pre-send review, failed-only retries, a Do Not Message list, saved campaigns and templates, message variations, optional AI rewriting, advanced typing and cooldown controls, safety scoring, analytics, contact history, priority support, and lifetime updates.
How do I activate Pro after purchasing?
Purchase with the same email you use for Google sign-in, open the extension, sign in with that Google account, and refresh or reopen the extension. You do not need to reinstall it. If the checkout and Google emails differ, contact support so the purchase can be connected manually.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase. The regular price is $19.99; the current $9.99 launch offer is limited to the first 3 customers, with only 1 spot left.

No. WaSenderHQ is an independent third-party browser extension and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta.
