WaSenderHQ Terms of Service
Last updated: August 10, 2026
By using the WaSenderHQ website or browser extension, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Responsible use
You may use WaSenderHQ for lawful communication with people who reasonably expect your message. You are responsible for consent, recipient lists, message content, opt-out handling, and compliance with applicable privacy, marketing, and consumer-protection law.
You must not use WaSenderHQ for spam, fraud, harassment, deceptive impersonation, malware distribution, unlawful data collection, or attempts to bypass platform protections.
2. WhatsApp and other third-party services
WaSenderHQ is an independent third-party product and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp Web, Google, Firebase, Gumroad, Supabase, and other providers operate under their own terms and may change or discontinue functionality.
No delay, variation, or pace setting guarantees message delivery or protects an account from warnings, restrictions, or suspension.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for access to your signed-in browser and account. Do not share authentication tokens, license keys, or credentials. Notify support if you believe your account or license has been compromised.
4. Free and Pro access
The current Free release provides the core workflow. A valid Pro Lifetime purchase unlocks the Pro features offered for that license without a recurring WaSenderHQ subscription fee. The license is personal and may not be resold, shared publicly, reverse engineered, or used to distribute modified copies.
Checkout, payment handling, and any available refund process are provided through the seller shown at checkout. Product features may evolve through updates; a lifetime license does not promise that third-party platforms will remain compatible forever.
5. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Browser, WhatsApp Web, operating-system, and provider changes may interrupt features. You should review a small test campaign, keep your own source data, and supervise sending.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WaSenderHQ and its developers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by misuse, recipient-list errors, third-party platform action, service interruption, or failure to supervise a campaign. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the product, law, or providers change. The revision date above identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to support@wasenderhq.com.
