Google Sheets import
If you choose a Google Sheets workflow, the extension may request additional spreadsheet access needed for that action. Google shows the requested permissions before approval, and you can revoke them from your Google account.

1. Overview
WaSenderHQ is a browser extension that helps users prepare and send messages through WhatsApp Web. This policy explains which data stays on your device, which data is processed by our service providers, and the choices available to you.
2. Data used by the service
Account and authentication
When you sign in with Google, your account email and basic identity information are used to create or identify your WaSenderHQ account, refresh your session, keep usage counters, and verify Pro access. Authentication tokens are stored locally and exchanged only with the Google and Firebase services needed for sign-in. We do not sell authentication tokens or use them for advertising.
Usage and license records
Firebase stores daily and lifetime usage counters, account history, entitlement information, and service diagnostics. WaSenderHQ does not impose a fixed daily sending cap on Pro accounts; third-party platform limits and restrictions can still apply.
Website forms
If you subscribe to updates or contact support, Supabase stores the information you submit and technical request information used to deliver the form and diagnose abuse.
3. Local campaign data
In the standard sending workflow, recipient lists, message templates, campaign settings, suppression lists, campaign history, WhatsApp conversations, and attachments are not uploaded to WaSenderHQ servers. They are processed in your browser and WhatsApp Web. Your browsing history and location are not collected by WaSenderHQ.

4. Optional Google Sheets and AI features
AI-assisted rewriting
This Pro feature is optional. When you deliberately use it, the message text you submit is sent to Google Gemini for processing so a suggested rewrite can be returned. Review the result before sending and do not submit sensitive personal information.
5. Service providers
- Google and Firebase: authentication, optional Sheets access, optional Gemini processing, account records, usage counters, and entitlement checks. Google privacy policy
- Gumroad: Pro purchase processing. We receive the purchase details needed to activate or revoke access, but do not receive payment-card details. Gumroad privacy policy
- Supabase: website newsletter subscriptions and contact messages.
- Google Analytics: website traffic and page-performance measurement, loaded only after you choose to allow analytics.
6. Retention and your choices
- Account, usage, and license records are retained while needed to provide and protect the service.
- Uninstalling the extension removes its locally stored data, subject to browser behavior and synchronization settings.
- You can revoke Google permissions, sign out, ask support to remove a newsletter subscription, change analytics preferences from the website footer, or request access to or deletion of your account data.
7. Children and policy changes
WaSenderHQ is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. We may update this policy when the product or its providers change; the current revision date will appear at the top of this page.
